Prajna Now | Mind Your Back with Tias Little
At this time of restricted movement for all of us, it is valuable to gather your energy inward and open your back body. Worry, anxiety and uncertainty quickly lodge into the dorsum.

In this class, I will teach front bends to help draw fatigue and fear out of the body to make the mind alert and ready. Practice forward bends to energize and stretch the nerves in the musculature of your back. Forward bends are a tonic for your kidneys and lungs and provide a boost for the prana inside.

Some logistics:

Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).

When you register, you’ll receive a link to join the Zoom webinar at the scheduled time. You do not need a Zoom account to access the links. If you register while the class is in progress, you will receive a link to join the webinar in progress. You will also have the option to view the recorded webinar at a later time.
