Virtual Cooking Class – Episode 3: Healthy Quarantine Cooking

As self-isolators we need to get creative with random items in our pantries. Let’s explore what we can make with our food rations! Donations go to direct to food tour staff affected by Covid-19.

Our Classes Will Include:

– Three Dishes
– Direct Access to our presenter
– Ability to ask questions in our livestream
– Receive an ingredient list from the class
– FREE TO THE PUBLIC but donations and tips are welcome: all of the proceeds will go to our staff unable to work while we’re indoors (Venmo & PayPal: @mangiadc)

Ingredients list:
Healthy Pantry Granola:
1 c. oatmeal or 1 c. shredded coconut or 1 c. breakfast cereal
1/2 c. hemp seed
1/2 c. chia seed
1/2 c pumpkin seed
1 1/2 c. mixed nuts
1/2 c. dried unsweetened cherries (optional) (Trader Joe's)
1/2 c. freeze dried blueberries (optional) (Trader Joe's)
1 t. cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. cashew butter or peanut butter
4 T. maple syrup or sugar-free syrup
1 t. vanilla extract

Apple Pie Skillet
1-3 apples
2 T butter or vegan butter
1 t. cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
2 T. maple syrup or sugar free syrup

Low carb quarantini
White claw
White rum
Fresh lime juice
mint (optional)
Sweetner: sugar free, stevia, etc.
