In this class join Tias for a journey inward to the core connections in your pelvis and lower spine. Through active and passive positions, we stretch, expand and strengthen the tissues of the lower abdomen.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
