Relax + Restore (Every Sunday!)
Thank you for registering for “Relax + Restore” with Monique

This class is designed to delight the nervous system. We will focus on poses that help the body and mind to relax and to feel grounded and supported while staying connected with the breath, to be more calm, and less stressed.

We will close with a guided deep relaxation to release tension and set conditions to boost immunity, well being, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the world around you.

This is an ideal class for beginners, those working with injury or limited mobility or those who simply enjoy a softer approach to yoga.

What you’ll need:
a mat, 2 blankets or a couple towels, 1 strap or belt, 2 blocks

optional: bolster, sandbag, eye pillow

- Duration: 60 minutes
- Price: $15 (includes access to view the class for 3 days following live class)

Registration ends on Sundays at 6:00 PM EST.

Can't join us live? No problem. You may register and enjoy the class until Wednesday's at 6:00 PM EST. (Zoom will automatically email you with information on how to stream the class. Please add moniquemichaels@gmail.com to your email address book so this message doesn't get lost in spam.)

You may cancel your registration by Saturday's at 6:00 PM EST and receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

You may also register for more than one Thursday class by choosing more than one date below.
