How can we support clients whos mail is accessible to the landlord

What happens is the landlord will go to court unbeknownst to the client so they don't realize they NEED a PO box

If the LL is withholding mail they should get a PO Box anyway so they can receive any important documents they may be waiting for.

But the burden of proof is on the LL that they served, right?

Why don't clerks tell tenants that the TENANT can request a date that does not conflict with their doctor's appointment, for example.

The ll is noncompliant to ensure that the client has utilities what can she do at this time given the current health crisis. Boiler is in the ll portion of the house however she is not allowing anyone to gain access to make repairs.

The tenat is a citizen and her roomate and her underage children are undocumented. The tenant threatens to call immigration if she does not leave,. Are there any protections for the undocumented family?
