You had mentioned in your previous correspondence around also taking andrographis or antivirals as preventatives. Are these okay to take long term, if this COVID-19 threat continues to grow over many months, and if we are not noticing any symptoms?
Would Desiccated oyster be a option to use for a zinc supplement because it contains a balance of zinc/copper?
