19:53
Do payroll costs include payroll taxes?

19:59
How does the PPP work when employees have been furloughed and you are still mandated to be closed?

20:49
Would loan amounts that are forgiven be considered taxable income?

22:19
Do we know the time period against which SBA will be measuring the individual salary reductions? Do we know if it applies to hourly employees?

22:37
is workers comp included?

23:54
Does insurance coverage count as payroll costs?

26:25
Do payments to subcontractors count towards the forgivable portion of the loan?

26:59
I read that 100% is forgivable but at least 75% would need to be used for payroll. Thoughts?

28:48
So- can we apply with the sample application tomorrow or do we need to wait for the lender application to be available? If we have questions about how to fill the sample application, could you help us? (ex. Non profits don't have owners, do we leave that section blank?)

29:45
what does no.of jobs refer to on the sample application form

30:14
I had understood that only up to 25% could be forgiven on PPP for "occupancy" costs funded under the loan. For the balance to be forgiven the 75% needs to fund payroll costs.

30:14
Thanks!

30:30
What are the requirements for the PPP to be forgiven?

30:37
please remind me where to find the sample application. thank you

31:18
Please discus the $100k cap, is it any employee earning over $100k annually you can only prorate the 2 or 2.5 months pay based on $100K max as the balance would not be forgiven? Or is it $100k during the 2 or 2.5 month pay period calculated you can not exceed?

31:35
Is there a rush to go ahead and apply, based on a fear that the authorized funds will be depleted and borrowers who wait, will not be able to take advantage of the program?

31:37
Company has 1099 commission contractors --- since commission/contractors are included as part of payroll, should we apply and include 1099 contractors OR should they apply for themselves?

31:37
Since what qualifies as "Payroll" is not defined by the gov't, should we go ahead and include payroll, insurance, bonuses, and commissions?

32:17
Did you say there was a CAP to the forgivable loan in dollar amount?

32:35
Ditto to mbrwon about rushing to apply.. especially given that the SOP isn't available until halfway into the day when applications can be submitted.

34:02
how is FTE defined

34:24
What about temporary employees

34:53
And we yet don't know the time period that the documentation should cover for forgiveness?

35:09
Include payments to contractors on retainer in average monthly payroll borrowing base?

35:53
Can costs for liability and workers comp insurance premiums be included as expenses?

36:07
Will you know as soon as it's loaned what is forgivable? Or is this said months later?

39:09
Can a business apply for separate EIDL grants for separate stores operated under one FEIN?

41:32
Example… 2 weeks or 2 months?

41:42
2.5x monthly = 2.25x of 2 months .. same math

42:48
1099 Commission Contractors --- should we include them in our payroll OR should they apply for themselves?

43:48
what is your webste pleas

44:59
will you all be sending the presentation deck? sorry, might have missed that. my email is Carlos.bbsales@gmail.com

48:45
Company paid insurance, bonuses, and commissions covered as payroll?

49:40
could you explain again what you said about insurance and bonuses pls

49:43
You answered on independent contractors but not temporaries

50:11
This question was asked earlier: Is there a rush to go ahead and apply, based on a fear that the authorized funds will be depleted and borrowers who wait, will not be able to take advantage of the program?

50:20
is workers comp included?

50:20
Are part time employee salaries eligible?

50:28
I have a question … I saw that if you have laid someone off. They don't return but as long as you filled the position with some by June 30 it counts. Is that true?

50:53
When will Pinnacle be accepting applications and how do we interact to get this done?

51:03
If an owner has ownership in another company, but the companies are not affiliated, does the company need to be recorded?

52:06
Do you have a sense about seasonal or otherwise hourly employees for the forgiveness calculations (understanding there is no SOP yet)? We are a school who also runs a summer camp and I'm thinking about substitute teachers and hourly camp staff...

52:54
So we show the entire salary if it is over 100K or should be show just the 100K?

52:57
Are you saying payment of group health insurance is used to calculate the borrowing base or the loan can be applied to pay it?

53:26
Did you see K-1 distribution in there?

55:30
Please explain the Full Time stipulation

56:10
I have a question … I saw that if you have laid someone off. They don't return but as long as you filled the position with some by June 30 it counts. Is that true?

56:11
