This is a weekly breath and relaxation class, open to anyone who would like improve their emotional resilience through simple breath and relaxation practices.
The class helps to calm the nervous system, leaving you more able to face the challenges of your day. It is also a wonderful opportunity to build community and connection through the shared energy of a group practice.
The session begins with a quick check in, followed by the guided breath and relaxation practice. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and have a blanket to ensure you will be warm enough.
Never done any guided breath or pranayama practices before? Classes are taught in stages, giving you the option to go a little deeper as you gain confidence.

As this is a free session, but please be aware that you are responsible for deciding whether or not the practices are appropriate for you. If you feel uncomfortable or unwell, please come out of the practice, sit up, have some water and fresh air.
