Yoga for the ELDER- berry!
Join me every Saturday, via Zoom, for an invigorating yet gentle practice. This class is ideal for seniors, newbies and those with limited mobility. We will use the basic tools of yoga - breath, relaxation and gentle postures - to create a powerful yet accessible class. Focus will be on increased range of motion, joint mobility, balance, proper breathing techniques and stress reduction.
No previous Yoga experience is necessary.

Registration: You must register for this class. Once you've registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom on how to join the meeting. You will also receive a reminder email 30 minutes before class. You will need a smart phone, tablet or computer for this class.
Zoom: You will need the platform Zoom to attend this class. If using your smart phone, download Zoom as an app on your phone from the App Store. If you are using your laptop or computer simply go to www.zoom.us. and click JOIN MEETING. You will be prompted to enter a meeting.
