Meditation, 4:00 - 4:50. Meditation & Chanting is free, and includes:
- a simple & easy tension releasing exercise
- short guided meditation
- longer silent meditation
Then a short break.
Chanting is 5:00 to 6:00. We primarily chant Sanskrit mantra. We'll have handouts to help you understand the chants and learn to pronounce them. When you pre-register, I can email you the handouts.
