This is a mixed level class for new and experienced students, who want to begin or develop a regular meditation practice.
Classes include the classical hatha yoga practices of asana, pranayama, mudra and mantra. Each class ends with seated pranayama and the dharana/ dhyana practices of concentration and meditation taught from the yoga tradition.
Suitable for new and experienced yoga students, along with those returning after a break. Different options will be offered to allow you to practice at a level which is comfortable for you.
This class is a lovely way to develop a meditation practice whilst maintaining a regular asana practice.
Classes are taught by Claire Thomas, a Satyananda trained yoga teacher. Claire has been teaching yoga since 2005, her style is light and accessible to all.
