This is a beginner level class for students looking for a slower style of practice with lots of attention to the body, breath and mind.
Classes introduce the foundation practices of classical hatha yoga, including asana, pranayama, mudra and the mantra OM. Each class ends with the guided deep relaxation practice of yoga nidra. Perfect if you want to improve your health and boost energy levels in this morning class.
Suitable for complete newbies, this class is also a lovely option for more experienced students who may have physical limitations, either as a result of ill health or advancing years! Different options will be offered to allow you to practice at a level which is comfortable for you.
Classes are taught by Claire Thomas, a Satyananda trained yoga teacher. Claire has been teaching yoga since 2005, her style is light and accessible to all.
