CLASS DESCRIPTION: This class registration includes Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 AM classes. (you don't have to register again for either). Please pay for class day you attend unless you have monthly pass. Thank you.
We greet our season of Spring with open arms and embrace the unfolding of this new season. Spring is a time of rebirth and renewal is also refers to love, hope, youth and growth. We are open and receptive to all of that and more.
It is important that we change with the seasons — just as nature does — by adapting or even modifying our daily habits, yoga practice and food choices.
Ironically, it is only through change that was can stay grounded during this shifting season.
We will continue our great class with a focus on the process of our yin energy shift. The art of resting is surely a welcome regiment to learn and develop well.
