Join this free 45-minute mind-body training session. This particular session combines exercises with a mental focus and exercises that focus on coordination/stability. It's a relatively low-key workout that challenges your mental skills as well as coordination in locomotion. For more strenuous workouts, consider the afternoon sessions.
The workout consists of a 5-minute introduction to explain the theme, a 5-minute form check for all the physical exercises, a 25-minute workout with mental and physical exercises alternating (theme varies each session), and a 5-minute cool down and stretch. We typically end with a short review and suggestions on how to train independently via the 2Mynds platform. A great way to work on your mental as well as physical health!
