We will have a jolly good stress-busting, mood lifting, immune system boosting and all-round laughter workout for our mind, body and soul. All that is required from you is a willingness to give it a go and just laugh. Simple dimples -

No experience required for this FUN and light hearted interactive rib-tickling Laughter Experience. Which includes laughter warm ups, deep breathing exercises, movement and interaction with one another! The laughter exercises encourage playfulness which help to induce laughter (laughter is contagious, so it soon becomes real). It is an interactive group experience. The exercises are fun and not very strenuous, and participants will be surprised at how a little can make so much difference to their health and wellbeing. The more you put in the more you will get out of this session. Laughter Yoga works on the basis that our bodies do not know the difference between real and pretend laughter so we get the same benefits! We are just laughing, No comedy or jokes are required.
