Please meet me with your mat a few blocks of bricks. ( books or cushions) A bolster or a few pillows bound together with a few ties . Blanket and eye pillow if you have one . Get prepared to zone out .
Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to three to five minutes. I plan to take you through classes designed carefully for us all in this unpredictable time . The classes will help you relax and restore, connect and ground.
These classes are based on a guide of what you can afford depending on your situation . I fully appreciate it . Thank you.

I will meet you around 5/10 minutes before. I will need to start the class then you can all join me. Please leave your cameras on if you aren't shy or at first then you and I can at least wave then if you prefer you can turn it off during class and you all will be muted during class that way you only hear me . I'll suggest a play list too in the message box for each class on my Spotify please if you have it follow me. if you don't then have some nice music on to practice too if you like .
