This is a mixed level class for new and experienced students, looking for a slower style of practice, with lots of attention to the body, breath and mind.
Classes include the classical hatha yoga practices of asana, pranayama, mudra and mantra. Each class ends with the guided deep relaxation practice of yoga nidra. The perfect way to boost energy levels, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised.
Suitable for new and experienced yoga students, along with those returning after a break. Different options will be offered to allow you to practice at a level which is comfortable for you.

Classes are taught by Claire Thomas, a Satyananda trained yoga teacher. Claire has been teaching yoga since 2005, her style is light and accessible to all.
