This is a slow flow practice with a focus on breathing, alignment and a mindful approach. We start the practice with a breathing exercise, a warm up and move into flowing sequences, before we slow down into some static poses going deeper.
Ideally you have practiced yoga before - however, if you are totally new and want to give it a try then let me know and we can have a chat to set you up properly.
All you need is a mat, blocks (or if you don't have any, grab a few books), a strap or a belt or even a scarf to substitute.
As these online classes are now replacing all my paid work, I am asking for a minimum contribution of £8. If this is not possible for you, please do contact me.
