Our first community trauma informed session is a Sound Bath Mindful Meditation presented by Cynthia Redhead, 200 RYT, and The Sound Academy Certified Teacher.
A sound bath is a sound experience that softens, relaxes, and restores the mind and body. During your experience, you will hear instruments like chimes, drums, and crystal singing bowls. All these instruments are played to create a sound meditation or sound bath. You’re invited to bring an awareness to your natural breath, and allow you to experience softness, soothing and relaxing state to help you release your stressful experiences.
