This is a slow practice where we stay up to 5 minutes in a pose to allow the body to go deeper, reaching into the connective tissue. We are using the breath and other mindful tools to stay present and connected in this very meditative practice. We end with a yogic reading while you are in shavasana.
No experience needed for this practice.
All you need is a mat, blocks (or if you don't have any, grab a few books), a bolster or substitute with as many cushions as you can find. Maybe have blanket ready to stay warm.
As these online classes are now replacing all my paid work, I am asking for a minimum contribution of £8. If this is not possible for you, please do contact me.
