BBY Live Class: Yoga
This is a 60 min Yoga class. You will want a mat, water and possibly a yoga block or other sturdy element to assist some of the moves based on your flexibillity.

It will involve strength movements, balance elements and core work.

Modifications will be provided so you can go at your pace and your level.
