Please be on time. Class will normally begin on time. There can be a delay if we are experiencing a technical difficulty. So please be patient.
You may want to set up the camera on your device (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop) in advance. I will need to be able to see your entire body lying on the floor or in bed for those who choose to be on camera.
You will have the option not to be on camera.
I will generally arrive to class a 10-15 minutes before if you need help.
What to Wear
Any clothing that is comfortable for you.
If you have any physical limitations, please have a towel, blanket, pillow, roll of paper towels, etc. You can use that to support your body as needed.
Floor or Bed
The floor is usually better since you will get clearer information. Though a bed can work if you so choose.
Sticky mats are not recommended since you will be moving your body. But you can use that and cover it with a sheet or wear slick enough clothes to be able to move along it.
